First of all, in my conclusion. Seoul is now balanced with the value of land is necessary.
In childhood, Land price of Seoul in Korea was difficult to expect. Because, It fluctuated from day to day. In the past, I remember when I lived in Seoul first time. I lived in Yeongdeungpo of Seoul. There was a lot of houses on living in Yeongdeungpo. In my memories, Exactly there was a lot of people who were poor on living in Yeongdeungpo. When I lived in Yeongeungpo, I Thought all of people would live in the same way, the same life style. Once with more age, but I knew that everyone of life was different. I felt the gap between rich and poor at the time. First time, I visited in Yoeido near station. I felt the strange world like cartoon then I saw 63 building. From then, I knew the means that Seoul divided into two parts, poor village and rich village.
Currently, There are not high buildings as well as aging of buildings near Gang-nam station. New buildings have not been built is reason why there is expensive land to rebuild buidings. In addition, the Gang-nam is one of flood areas every summer in Seoul. However, Gangnam is one of expensive lands in Korea. I think that price of Gangnam land is like bubble price and just price of area name.
For distant future, I think for boosting development of Seoul needs to be balanced developmet and price of land. We should eliminate the bubble price of land and the mayor of Seoul have insisted that Seoul should be needed by balancing development. Then that, we in Seoul of Korea will be better place than the past.
I've never thought that I can live in Gangnam. How expensive there is. I hope all seoul property price become almost same.
